the safe use of AI in Academic Research works
Aiming to support research competencies and strengthen digital culture within the university environment, the workshop on integrating safe AI technologies into academic research projects was held today. The event was organized by the Department of English at the Faculty of Arts, Languages, and Arts.
The activity was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Jalal Abdelkader, accompanied by Professor Bougrara, Vice Dean in charge of Pedagogy. The workshop was supervised by Dr. Hajla Zoulime with the participation of the instructors: Mr. Merazi Sofiane, and professors Derdaz Wahiba and Hachlafi Amina.
The sessions covered various themes related to the ethical and safe use of artificial intelligence in scientific research, including raising awareness of the risks and technical limitations of these tools, as well as providing practical guidelines for students and faculty on how to integrate AI responsibly into their research projects.
The workshop also saw the participation of teachers and students from different levels. It included two training sessions: the first dedicated to Master’s thesis supervisors, and the second to Master 2 and PhD students.
